Due to hygiene, personalization, and digital configuration, NFC bracelets cannot be returned or exchanged once used or activated.



2. Eligibility for Refund



A refund may be issued only if:


  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective on arrival
  • You received the wrong item



To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.



3. Conditions for Approval



To be eligible:


  • Item must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number)




4. Refund Process



Once your request is reviewed and approved:


  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary based on your bank/payment provider




5. Non-Refundable Situations



Refunds will not be granted for:


  • NFC compatibility issues with your device
  • Incorrect use of NFC applications
  • Natural variations in material (color, texture, pattern)
  • Damage caused by the customer
